We help immigrants secure asylum in the United States through trainings and immigration services. Our offerings are educational and informational in nature; they're not legal services and don't constitute legal advice. We're not a law firm - we're an education provider.

We are in the process a developing a suite of tools gauged to help immigrants win asylum, both in the affirmative and defensive asylum contexts. At present, we offer a completely free training for people who have applied for asylum affirmatively and are waiting for their interview at the asylum office.

Description of Goods and Services Offered

Online training courses: We provide online trainings to help asylum seekers prepare and present their case.
At present, there are two offerings: a free webinar "How to Increase Your Chances for Success at Your Asylum Interview," and an extensive paid course called "The Asylum Interview Toolkit."
The latter - The Asylum Interview Toolkit - consists of six modules: 1. The CHIPS Framework for Asylum Success, which teaches what exactly the asylum officer is looking for in an interview; 2. The Asylum Interview, Demystified, which explains exactly what happens at an asylum interview; 3. Setting the Stage: Preconditioning the Officer and Providing the Roadmap to Get to "Yes", which describes a supplemental filing that asylum applicants can submit that will help them frame their case and provide the officer with all the information that's needed ahead of the interview; 4. Your Gameplan: Concrete Actions You Must Take to Prepare for Your Interview, which provides practical tips on steps an applicant should take after receiving their interview notice and before their interview; 5. The 7 Deadly Asylum Interview Sins, which gives tips on how to handle oneself during the interview; and 6. 133 Questions to Expect at Your Asylum Interview, which shares commonly asked questions during an interview.
Mock interview: we offer practice interviews, performed by former asylum officers, to help applicants prepare for their asylum interview. These full-scale mock interviews help applicants go into the real interview feeling prepared and confident, knowing what to expect and having practiced explaining their case in a setting similar to what they'll encounter on the day of the real interview.
